I Feel Tired All The Time And Don’t Know What To Do…
There was a point in my early 20’s where I was tired all the time…
It didn’t matter if I went to sleep early or late, or if I woke up early or slept in…
I felt like I never had any energy.
And you’re supposed to have peak energy in your 20s, right?
Fast forward to today at 34, I haven’t got more than 6 hours of sleep in nearly 2 years and get up and go each and every day.
Here’s what changed:
1. I started working out — This didn’t have as much of a direct impact as a lot of people tout online, but it helped in a weird way. Sure, I built muscle, got in shape, and noticed a boost in energy and life motivation since my early 20s… But the real way working out helped me was it being the catalyst for everything you’re about to read.
2. I fixed my drinking problem — This didn’t happen until the end of my 20s, but I went from drinking a lot of multiple times per week with friends to only 1–3 drinks per week. These days I don’t drink at all, and I’m never hungover which made a big difference. The big mental change that caused this was my priorities shifted and there was no place in my life anymore for drinking… so I stopped and haven’t looked back.
