I Made Fitness My Life Mission
When I first got started in the gym, I was working a part time job at a grocery store.
No bills. No responsibilities.
I could go all in.
I obsessed over learning everything.
YouTube videos. Articles. Studies. Papers.
And I applied what I learned to drop 30 pounds of fat while building muscle in my first 8 months on my own as a complete beginner.
Fast forward to today…
I’ve been able to continue to get results, even though I now have:
-A growing family
-50+ hour per week full time job
-Part time delivery job
-Daily publishing biz
-An anxious dog
-Appointments, bills, etc
Fitness couldn’t be my life anymore.
I had to make it compliment my life.
How?
By taking the principles of diet and training I learned in the beginning and stripping them down to the absolute basics.
I asked myself:
“What can I do to still make progress in the extremely limited time I have left in the day?”
