If You Did This Half Right, You’ll Still Get In Shape

Last year, I got in the best shape of my life and here’s the crazy part:

I only stuck to my diet about 70% of the time.

The other 30% of the time I ate too much to consider it a diet.

And yet…

I Still Made Consistent Progress Week After Week

And it was all due to following the principle of calorie control.

This might sound weird, but I can confidently say even if you only get it right half the time, you’ll still be able to reach your goal.

It’ll just take longer.

But that’s okay.

I’ll explain:

For the sake of example, let’s say you need to eat 1,800 calories per day to lose 1 pound per week.

That means your maintenance calories are about 2,300 per day where if you eat that much, you won’t lose weight or gain weight.

And we’ll go a bit more extreme here and say you only hit that 1,800 calorie goal on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and the rest of the week you ate 2,300.

Crunching some numbers here…

If you stuck to this unconventional plan every week for 12 weeks, you’d still drop about 5 pounds…
