If You’re Not As Fit As You Want To Be Yet, Try THIS

Just like that, we’re already halfway through 2024 and I don’t know about you but it’s been an absolute blur for me.

Martha and I have a habit of keeping our daily schedule jam packed, which makes it tough to fit everything we need to do into each day…

But we’re getting better and better at it quick.

That said, it’s a great time to reassess your goals for the year to see where you’re at…

…and where you’ll end up if you keep doing what you’re currently doing.

And if need be, make any necessary adjustments.

For example, one of my goals is to bulk up to 175lbs by the end of the year.

Since I treat my muscle gain phases exactly the same as my dieting phases (but with more calories), my weight has been going up slowly and smoothly.

I’m currently at 168lbs which means I need to gain 7lbs in the next 6 months.

My current daily calorie goal of 2,800 is supporting this rate of progress quite nicely.

But as with any calorie controlled diet, minor adjustments will be required over time as body weight changes.
