Instagram Growth Principles Will Get You In Better Shape (Here’s How)

One of my goals this year is to grow my Instagram account to 3,000 followers, despite having my account for years and going nowhere fast with it.

But here’s the interesting part:

Ever since I took a similar approach to growing my account as I do with getting in shape, things started working.

In the world of fitness, there are some non-negotiables which lead to a stronger, leaner, fitter you:

  • Eat in a 300–500 daily calorie deficit to lose weight
  • Hit the weights 2–3 times per week to build muscle
  • Stay consistent long enough to see desired results

Sure there are more details to get it done right, but this is the general idea regardless of food or training preferences.

When it comes to gaining followers on the Instagram platform, I’ve learned there are also some non-negotiables which lead to more exposure, engagement, and followers:

  • Publish Reels every day to get attention
  • Post Stories every day to build a relationship with your audience
  • Stay consistent long enough to see desired results
