It’s Never Too Late To Start Losing Weight And Getting In Shape
There’s this interesting phenomenon that happens in the human mind where if you mess up, you might as well burn it all down.
I’m not exactly sure why this happens.
But it happens.
And in the case of getting in shape, I’ve talked to so many people who think because they’re not fit, they can never be fit so why even try?
But I’m here to tell you this:
It’s never too late to start.
And if you’ve already started, it’s never too late to reach the next level.
I’ve worked with people in their teens and people in their 70s who both improved by following the basic principles of calorie control and strength training and nothing more.
It has nothing to do with age.
It has nothing to do with metabolism.
And I’m stepping on a line here to say it doesn’t even have anything to do with genetics, hormone balance, or anything else like that.
I can’t promise you’ll be a world class physique athlete…
But I can promise you it’s possible to get in better shape, as long as you’re willing to take the actions necessary to make it happen.
