One of the best things I ever did was systematize my entire fitness method, because it’s allowed me to stay consistent, control my body weight, and get the results I want…

…without having to think all that much about it.

If you’re spending any amount of time on social media at all, chances are you’re getting inundated with countless opinions that all seem to contradict each other, regardless of the topics you’re seeing.

Fitness is especially controversial

You can take two people who are in great shape, and…

You’ll have one person telling you to train every day, prep your meals, avoid processed food, and take everything super seriously.

And while there’s nothing wrong with that…

You’ll have other people telling you overtraining is bad, meal prep is bad, processed food is fine, and it’s not all that serious.

Both are right.

Both are wrong.

Depends on who you ask, I guess…

But one thing these two opposite parties have in common is they built their own systems and ways of doing things that works for them.

And the more they do it, the less they have to think about it.

The same is true for me.

Aside from publishing fitness insights every day, I hardly think about fitness at all across the week.

I eat the amount of food I need to eat.

I lift the weights I need to lift.

And I know as long as I follow the principles behind my fitness methods, I’ll get to where I want to go.

That said…

I’m convinced, in my incredibly biased opinion, I’ve put together the easiest system to follow which works even if it feels like you have no free time.

10 minutes per day planning out your diet.

20–30 minute workouts 3 times per week.
