My 5 Best Protein Sources For More Muscle Growth And Recovery | Ep. 24
By this point, everyone knows you need to eat protein for muscle growth and recovery, but today I wanted to go over some of my best foods to increase your protein intake for a couple reasons:
1. Over the last couple years between working as a gym manager and just living daily life, I’ve got some intel on what people eat and the majority are not getting much protein
2. A lot of food products with protein on the label aren’t great sources, and the following foods will shed some light on the differences between a 10g protein candy bar and some of the highest impact foods you can choose.
And contrary to popular belief in the fitness supplement industry, you just might not need as much protein as you’re told…
That’s especially true if you’re just trying to get in great shape and don’t care so much about being the most jacked or the most strong individual on the planet.
