My 6 Week Mini Cut Diet Is Complete (Here’s What Happened)
Last week I said I was going to finish the 6 week diet strong, and that’s exactly what I did.
Not only did I make better progress this week than the 4 weeks before that combined…
I also hit the lowest weight of the entire diet this morning.
Here’s exactly how each week went:
Starting point — 169.2
Week 1 average — 165.7
Week 2 average — 163.8
Week 3 average — 163.7
Week 4 average — 163.1
Week 5 average — 162.9
Week 6 average — 161.9
This goes to show that some weeks are better than others, and that’s perfectly okay.
I’ve been doing this whole food management thing for over a decade, so I’ve already come to terms with the ups and downs of dropping weight a long time ago.
And in the case of this time around, there was one week I only averaged 0.1lbs lost and another at 0.2lbs.
But then I had a week like this past week where I dropped a whole pound on average…
