My 90 Day Fat Loss Action Plan Revealed

Tomorrow marks the start of my 90 day diet to get in the best shape of my life, so I figured I would break down the 2-part action plan I’ll be following.

This same action plan is what helped me get started back in 2012 where I went from being skinny and fat at the same time…

…to losing 30 pounds of fat while building muscle at the same time.

This action plan helped me correct my bulking mistake where I put on a ton of weight back in 2013–2014 trying to build muscle in a rush, but ended up looking like a puffy dough boy instead.

This action plan more recently helped me get back into shape after Martha and I had our daugther in 2021.

And now…

It’s going to help me get in the absolute best shape in my life by June 1st of this year.

All while working my new, 6 day per week job I’m starting today, sending these daily emails, publishing a weekly video podcast, posting daily fitness content on social media, working on an insurance licensing course, and being a good husband and father…

So yeah, if you’re busy?

This action plan works better than anything else I’ve found.

Without further delay, here’s what’s going down:

Part 1: The Diet

I’m going to keep things as simple as possible, because frankly I don’t have time to waste on wondering what to eat.

I’ll be following 2 simple rules:

-Eat 2,000 calories per day
-Get at least 150g protein

To make this as easy as possible, I’ll be eating very similar meals day to day to minimize thinking and save time.

Meal 1:
Cliff Builder Bar
Pear cup

Meal 2:
224g 90/10 ground beef
75g jasmine rice
