My Biggest Diet Mistake (And How I Fixed It)

Dieting ain’t easy, no doubt about that.

I’ve been at this whole fitness thing for 11 years now, and there are still times where I struggle…

Working out, not so much.

But diet?

There are countless traps laid out for you to navigate on any given day.

Super easy fast food.

Snacks around the house.

Friends, family, and co-workers showing zero respect towards your fitness goals…

“Oh come on… one bite won’t hurt!”

And we all know one bite leads to many.

Anyway…

One of my biggest mistakes when it comes to diet was this:

Buying things I have a hard time controlling.

For example, Oreos and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups…

(or really Reese’s anything)

They’re nearly impossible for me to have just one or two, especially when I work an 11 hour shift and they’re so easily available.

“Oh I’ll just have a couple while I wait for dinner to be done!”

Ha, yeah right.

Before I knew it, the whole pack was gone.
