My Brand New Morning Routine To Get More Done In Less Time

Over the last week or so I’ve done some pondering on how I can be more efficient with my mornings to get more done before work so I can rest more at night.
More rest at night leads to more energy in the morning, which leads to better decisions, which leads to getting more done in less time.
The opposite is also true.
Anyway, I’ve been doing most of what I’m about to share for the last few days, but just added writing back into the morning in a way that makes sense.
Here’s the new routine:
- Wake up at 5
- Drink black coffee
- Lift weights on lifting days, walking on rest days
- Kiss my wife
- Eat my 3 eggs and cheddar breakfast sandwich
- Send daily fitness newsletter
- Take pup out
- Get ready for the day
- Work on work days, take care of the house on off days
Nice and simple.
