If there’s anything I’ve learned about fitness over the last 2 and a half years of being a dad…

It’s the fact that it’s so much harder to diet and train than it was when I had no kids or any real responsibilities.

Because of this, I had to create the most efficient methods possible to eliminate my excuses, stay in shape, and avoid the dreaded dad bod.

And even with my recent recovery issues due to lack of sleep and adjusting to morning workouts…

What I’ve put together is still the best approach to getting in shape that I’ve found.

That said, I’ve gone ahead and detailed everything I do to diet and train even with my lack of free time inside my latest YouTube video.
