My Favorite Meals These Days Which Help Me Burn Fat Or Build Muscle
One of the toughest things to figure out sometimes is what to eat when you’re getting in shape.
You have big accounts on social media telling you this food is bad, that food is bad, and if you don’t stop eating this one other food it’s going to cause the planet to blow up.
Dramatic, I know…
I guess that’s the point so they can attempt to stay relevant.
My approach has never been all that controversial, but it works and is mentally freeing after you’ve been at it for a while.
And so today I figured I’d share my go-to meals these days so you can get a real behind-the-scenes look at what I eat on any given day.
Starting it off with the most optional meal of the day… Breakfast:
3 large eggs
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 slices of honey wheat bread toasted
15g sauerkraut
34g ketchup
This is the base version, and sometimes I’ll add 4oz of finely chopped chicken tenderloins and swap the ketchup for 15g Zax sauce and it becomes a whole new thing.
