My Fitness Plan For The Next 6 Months To Get Bigger And Stronger

Now that my mini diet is done, I have some new goals to accomplish over the next 6 months which are both strength and muscle related.

The interesting part is not a whole lot is going to change for the time being, because what I’ve been doing has been working, even while on lower calories.

And lower calories usually means lower energy output during workouts and daily life, so that’s saying something.

Without further delay, here’s what I’ll be doing…

My New Fitness Goals Revealed

My first goal is to build muscle everywhere, but more specifically my shoulders and arms.

Since it’s kinda tough to set a specific, measurable, achievable goal for muscle growth in a given time frame, we have to focus on something we have more control over.

And since the only proven pathway to muscle growth is mechanical tension, which is stress applied to the muscle usually through lifting weights.

What is the simplest way to increase that stress?

Get stronger over time with good exercise technique and train close to muscular failure.

That said, I’ve set myself some strength goals to reach…
