My NEW Workout Routine For Upper Body Muscle Growth

Starting today and for the next 6 weeks, I’m testing out a new workout routine designed to support my specific training goals.

Coincidentally, my goals are actually quite common, so you may find this program useful too…

Either way, here’s the idea:

I’ve been running some variation my 3 day per week Push Pull Legs routine since September 27th of 2022.

That’s just over 2 years of the same template, week after week after week.

It’s been working, but it’s more of a general strength routine.

And since my goals are a bit more specific these days, then the program should be tailored to that.

I don’t give clients generic routines unless they don’t care and just want something to get them moving…

So I really shouldn’t do that to myself either.

Having said all that, here’s the details on the new program:
