There’s a major correlation between the success I had early on my fitness journey and my ability to use the 5 things I’m about to share.

It’s not that they’re the only reason I got consistent results…

But they sure did make it easier by removing guesswork from the entire process.

A fair warning though…

This is a decently long email, so you may want to save it so you can reference it in the future.

And it all started with this:

1. The infamous body weight scale

It’s crazy how I didn’t even know I was out of shape until I decided to step on the scale all those years back at 23 years old.

I gained 51 pounds since graduating high school just 5 years prior…

Crazier yet, that’s less than 1 pound per month which is virtually unnoticeable up to a certain point.

Despite the slap from reality, I am grateful for that moment because at that same time I happened to figure out the best way to use the scale:

Weigh in daily and calculate a weekly average every Sunday to more accurately measure progress over time.
