My Unfair Fitness Advantage
I have no problem admitting it was very fortunate I started my fitness journey in my mid 20s when I was single with only a part time job and no real responsibilities.
I didn’t have much, but what I did have was a gym membership, money for groceries, and the most valuable asset of all:
Time.
This was my unfair fitness advantage back then.
Having an absurd amount of free time allowed me to put a ton of energy into learning all the principles of diet and training, put in the work, and transform my body from being skinny and fat at the same time…
…to a respectable, lean, moderately muscular physique.
If I were starting from scratch today with a 52 hour per week job, a side biz, 2 beautiful babies under 2 years old, and a dog…
It definitely wouldn’t be so easy.
(I omitted my wife Martha from that list, because all she does is make my life easier)
However…
Knowing what I know now…
It would still be more than possible.
I’ve been able to boil down the core concepts in a way that’s so easy to understand and follow that not only have I been able to stay in shape without really thinking about it…
