No Matter What I Do, The Scale Won’t Budge…

So you heard you’re supposed to eat less and move more if you want to get in shape:

Lift more weights.

Do more cardio.

Eat less food.

Make healthy choices.

Makes sense right?

And that’s exactly what you did for what feels like forever, but despite all your efforts…

The scale just won’t budge.

What gives?

How could you possibly be doing all the things you’re supposed to do but just aren’t getting the results?

Well, the answer is something no one wants to hear, but they need to if they actually want to make a change.

You need to try harder.

Not just in general, but try harder on 2 very specific things:

The first thing is accuracy.

If you want to get in shape, you’re going to have to be as accurate as possible with how much you’re eating.

Your own height, weight, age, gender, and activity level play a major part in this.

For example, if my wife Martha ate 2,000 calories per day, she’d maintain her current weight.
