Proven Diet Strategies For Normal Humans
If you spend any amount of time on the internet researching diet tips, you’re bound to come across the hardcore types:
“Don’t eat sugar”
“Seed oils will ruin your life”
“Only eat meat if you want to live”
“Humans are only meant to eat plants”
“If it tastes good, spit it out”
And while there is some merit to these ideas, let’s be real here…
Unless you’re already fully indoctrinated into these ideologies, chances are you tend to eat more like a normal human:
2–3 square meals a day with some snacks in between.
And there ain’t nothin’ wrong with that.
By the same token…
If you’re eating this more normal way but aren’t happy with what you see in the mirror, then it might be time to consider trying what I’m about to share:
The very first thing I did when I got started was figure out how much food I should eat every day to reach my goal.
I’d log my meals into MyFitnessPal and make sure I ate the right amount daily no matter what.
I still do this to a degree but I’m a lot more flexible and I don’t worry about being 100% spot on and living by the food…
