Ranking Popular Workout Splits (And How To Build Muscle)
The truth is building muscle is quite simple:
Train the muscle hard with great technique, eat well, recover, push harder next session, and repeat at least once per week for years.
You will grow a healthy amount of muscle.
To make things even better, hit your diet spot on, get lean, and the muscle will look so much bigger and more defined too because there’s less fat covering it.
What I want to share today is the 4 main workout routine approaches I’ve taken in the past to build muscle effectively ranked from least effective to most effective.
