There’s a big difference between losing over 20 pounds the wrong way, and losing over 20 pounds the right way.

Even though the principles are the same, the way you approach it will dramatically impact the overall outcome.

Done the wrong way, the likelihood of you keeping the weight off long term is very low…

But if you do it the right way?

You’ll develop a fitness skill set you can use at any time to completely control how your body looks.

Understand this for consistent weight loss:

The best example of this goes way back to my high school days, or really school in general.

There was always at least one kid in class that would ask the “smart” kids for all the answers either on homework, or if they could get away with it, sneak the answers to tests and quizzes.

And even if they got all the answers right, they were missing out on the skill development of learning how to learn, retain, and recall information.

So if they couldn’t get the answers and critical thinking done for them, they would do terribly.

I never got caught up in that trap, but one thing that helped me was taking honors pre-calculus.
