Rudely Eliminating Fitness Excuses In 84 Seconds

With all the tools and resources instantly available to you today, there’s absolutely zero reason to not be in shape.

And yet…

With the conversations I’ve had with people over the years, there’s usually some BS excuse.

“Jeez, Gabe… did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed?”

No, I’m just up and ready to get moving today.

That said, let’s break down the main excuses for not being in shape in 84 seconds or less:

“I don’t know what to do”

This is simple. I post a ridiculous amount of content for this reason exactly, but even if you don’t like my stuff there are near unlimited alternatives on YouTube, Google, and other places online. Pick a program you like, pick a diet you like, and run with it. Problem solved.

“I don’t have time”

Hard for me to believe this one… I work 52+ hours at my job, write a daily newsletter, publish a good dozen videos per month, care for and train my pup daily, and most important of all… take care of my wife and 2 beautiful babies (who are both under 2 years old btw) and still have time to eat the right amount and hit the weights. You have time. You just have to want it.

“I’m just not motivated…”

Let me ask a somewhat rude but real question: Why do you not care about your future self? Personally, I diet and train to stay in shape for myself, but also for my family. It’s imperative.

If any of this bothers you, that’s good. It should.

It sure bothered me when I had a wake up call being called fat by my own family all those years ago…

But the good news is…

You have complete control of your future physique.

You just have to do what you already know you need to do.
