Spend 10 Minutes Per Day Doing This To Lose Weight
One thing I do every day only takes a handful of minutes and puts me in the driver’s seat as far as how my body looks.
Even though I’m currently in a slow and steady weight gain phase right now to build muscle, the same action is exactly what I do to drop body fat as well.
The only difference is one simple adjustment.
I’ll explain:
Back in 2012, I came across this concept of calorie control where you only eat a certain amount of food, regardless of what it is, and that will dictate what happens to your body fat levels.
Eat more than your needed amount and you’ll gain weight, like I am now.
Eat exactly your needed amount and your body weight will remain the same.
Eat less than your needed amount and you’ll lose weight.
And while you’ll have some people who think it doesn’t work and their diet is best…
It works every time, regardless of food preferences.
The trick is in knowing how much to eat for you and your body.
Personally, I just use MyFitnessPal to figure out how much to eat and keep track of my diet every day, but there are other apps and websites you can use to do the same thing.
