Steal My Accountability Hack To Get Fitter Faster

One of the best things I ever did along my fitness journey is documentation, because not only can I use it to look back and see how far I’ve come…

…but I can also use it to improve my rate of results.

Here’s how this helped me diet better:

I started tracking my diet back in 2012 and even though I’ve become a whole lot more flexible with what I eat these days, I’ve learned so much about how my body reacts to the way I eat.

For example, I’ve been eating an average of 2,600 calories per day for several months now in this bulking phase, and I’ve been gaining maybe 0.5lbs per month which is perfect.

I’ve also been able to drop weight whenever I decide to because I know I can control my eating by documenting it every day in MyFitnessPal.

Prior to tracking, I gained weight so easily because I had no idea how much I was eating and no way to reference previous days or keep myself accountable.

I’ve also been doing this with working out:

Around the same time I started tracking calories, I started tracking my workouts both in a notes app and on video.
