Steal My Stupid Simple Daily Fitness Checklist If You Want To Lose Weight

One of my goals is to keep fitness as simple as possible, because that’s the only way I can keep up with it these days.

Life is busy enough as it is between work, family, friends, hobbies, and anything else you’re doing in life.

So if you’ve been struggling to get results, we’re going to simplify it as much as possible to a daily checklist you can follow.

Before I share my simple yet effective checklist, we’re going to talk about what not to do.

If you’ve spent any time on social media, you’ve probably seen those elaborate morning routines or health routines with 17 steps that require equipment and time most people don’t have easy access to.

Something like:

-Wake up at 4am
-Drink a liter of water
-Run 3 miles
-Lift weights for an hour
-Hit the sauna
-Take an ice bath
-Take a cold shower
-Down your supplement stack
-Do red light therapy
-Meditate
-Read a book
-Eat breakfast
-Work for 16 hours
-Start your day
