Stop Doing Cardio, Start Doing This…

If your goal is to get in shape and you don’t have much time left in the day, then the first thing you should drop is cardio.

No sense in spending 30–60 minutes on the treadmill, elliptical, bike, or anything else when you could be hitting the weights instead.

The reason I bring this up is most people I’ve talked to have incredibly limited time between things like:

-Working their day job
-Spending time with friends and family
-Enjoying hobbies
-Eating meals
-Keeping their home clean
-Commuting
-Working on side hustles

So it’s no wonder why people tend to opt-out of fitness in general.

But if you have to decide between lifting and cardio…

I’d pick lifting weights every single time.

It’ll keep you strong.

It’ll improve the way your body looks.

It’ll improve bone density.

It’ll improve blood flow.

It’ll improve your overall sense of well-being.

And it’ll give you similar benefits to cardio training anyway, especially if you’re pushing yourself to improve…
