Stop Drinking THIS If You’re Serious About Losing Weight

Most who need to hear this don’t want to hear this, but if you’re serious about losing weight then it might be time to stop drinking alcohol.

It’s not because there’s some magical property in it that causes weight gain or anything like that…

In fact, your average beer, wine, or hard liquor doesn’t have all that many calories per serving.

But you know what the problem is?

It’s the faulty dietary decision making that comes from the time you’re indulging…

But also during the time you’re recovering.

Maybe this is just me, but back in the day when I would have a few (and we all know what a “few” means), it was almost always accompanied by some kind of fast food I wouldn’t normally crave at some point during the night.

So not only was I having several hundred extra calories from drinks, I’d also have several hundred calories of extra food.
