Stop Exercising To Lose Weight And Do THIS Instead
Most people decide they want to get in shape and start hitting the gym hard.
Lots of cardio.
Maybe some machines.
A taste of dumbbells (hopefully not literally).
And to no one’s surprise…
They start seeing some results after only a couple weeks in.
The number on the scale is lower, the mirror is showing some signs of improvement, and energy is up.
But, like clockwork, a cheat day happens and stops everything in its tracks.
The scale shoots up, the bloating is back, and energy and motivation seemed to fall off a cliff.
Unfortunately, this is where the journey goes into intermission indefinitely for so many.
If more people focused less on the gym and more on figuring out a diet that works for them, they’d have much more stable success.
And by “works” I don’t just mean eating meals that get results.
I mean eating in a way that allows for sustainable progress without cutting out everything you actually like to eat.
