Losing 20 pounds is no easy feat.

It’s relatively simple…

You know:

Eat good food, exercise, and stay consistent, right?

But there’s no denying it takes some solid mental effort and dedication in order to achieve such a goal.

On top of that, you kinda have to know more of the specifics such as how much to eat, what to eat, when to eat, and so on.

And unless you have a rock solid plan, who knows how long it might take to reach your dream body…

It’s more than doable because so many people have done it, but it’s going to take work.

The part that messes a lot of people up?

Stress.

Life can be stressful enough as it is, and here we are adding another layer on top in order to get in good shape.

It’s harder to sleep when you’re stressed.

It’s harder to think clearly when you’re lacking sleep.

It’s harder to make good dieting decisions when you’re not thinking clearly.

And all that just results in more stress.

It’s a tough cycle to break.

So here’s what we’re going to do:
