One of the biggest red-flag industries is health supplements…

Especially when it comes to the little pills designed to “torch fat” and “get you ripped” by taking one or two per day.

I’m not afraid to admit I considered trying them several times back in the day.

I mean, how cool is that?

Just pop some of these special formula supplements and by the time you finish a bottle or two…

You’re as ripped as the person on the package!

…right?

Well, not exactly.

Fortunately I never ended up buying any, because come to find out…

The “special formula” for most of these fat burners is essentially caffeine and some kind of weird tree bark.

Both of these ingredients are diuretic in nature, meaning they’ll dehydrate you while slighting increasing your metabolic rate.

And naturally, caffeine gives you a boost so you’ll end up either being more physically active or unnecessarily fidgety.

Either way, you’ll burn more energy.

But here’s the catch:

The only way that extra energy spent will make a noticable difference is if your diet and exercise is on point…
