The 3 Levels Of Home Workouts
2020 opened my eyes to different ways of working out at home, because prior to that…
The only way I even considered working out was at the gym.
But when the gyms closed down, I had 2 options:
The first option was to simply not exercise until the gyms opened back up, which wasn’t really an option, but it was a path that many took.
The second option was to get a bit creative and figure out a way to workout where I could at the very least maintain my progress.
I went with the second option.
And since then, I’ve discovered there are 3 main levels of home workouts, which all work quite well if you’re looking to get in shape:
Level 1 — Zero Equipment Necessary
This level is something every human on the planet has access to immediately. This is where you use your own bodyweight and nothing else in order to burn calories, build strength, and grow muscle.
Things like pushups, squats, and crunches.
Ideally, you’d have some kind of stable bar or railing to work your back as well, but there are alternatives you can find on YouTube that don’t require any equipment whatsoever.
