The 30 Minutes A Day Fat Loss Plan
What if I told you there was a way to get in great shape without spending more than 30 minutes per day?

First things first, there are some tools you’ll want to have to make this work:
-The free MyFitnessPal app
-A food scale or measuring cups
-A notepad or notes app
-A mirror or camera app
Once you have that ready, I’m going to take you through an example week so you can start getting the results you’re looking for.
Monday:
-Plan your meals for the day in MyFitnessPal (10 minutes)
-Push day workout for your chest, shoulders, and triceps (20 minutes)
Tuesday:
-Plan your meals for the day in MyFitnessPal (10 minutes)
-Go for a brisk walk outside or on the treadmill (20 minutes)
Wednesday:
-Plan your meals for the day in MyFitnessPal (10 minutes)
-Pull day workout for your back and biceps (20 minutes)
