The Absolute Torture Of Clothes Shopping
One of my least favorite things to do is shopping, let alone shopping for clothes when you’re 30–40 pounds over weight…

They all seemed to make me look a little bit chunky.

There isn’t a man on the planet who doesn’t gain 10 confidence points by dressing in business casual.
Aside from that?
I absolutely hated shopping for clothes, so I would avoid it like the plague.
But once I started to drop the weight and build a bit of muscle, something amazing happened…
