The August Action Plan: Sales, Fitness, And Business
This year has been flying by at absolute blistering speeds for me with no breaks and no apparent plans of slowing down.
I’m not complaining, because my wife and I have done so much to better our lives this year for ourselves and our babies…
But every month I keep wondering where the time went.
Anyway, since August is already here I figured I’d share my action plan for the month:
1. Get really good at my day job
I’ve sold literally millions of dollars worth of products over the years and honestly I’m disappointed with my performance at my current job.
The top rep did something like $95k in sales.
Several seasoned reps did around $40k.
Average reps did about $20k.
And even though I’m a newbie, the fact that I did $11.5k really bugs me especially since $2,200 of that was in one day.
My sales action plan?
Stop shooting for the moon with every sale, get people the essentials they need, and build my customer base to build referrals over time.
I took that approach yesterday, and it’s already working.
