Sure, you can take that new pill or get that surgery…
But the success rate vs long term costs don’t seem to be worth it to me.
Sure, you can cut out entire food groups…
But most don’t have the willpower to stick to that in social gatherings.
Sure, you can train hard every day…
But without a plan for progress, you can end up spinning your wheels.
You have to know how food works.
You have to know how training works.
And you have to know how to stick with it, even when things get tough.
Acquire knowledge.
Take massive action.
That is how you win.
