The Harsh Reality Of Stubborn Body Fat

I’m not going to beat around the bush here…

There is no such thing as stubborn body fat.

It either goes, stays, or grows depending on your eating habits vs the amount of food your body needs.

If you don’t eat enough for long enough, you’ll lose body fat everywhere.

But that’s where the harsh part comes in:

If you think you have a stubborn area of body fat, it’s because you didn’t lose enough overall body fat yet and need to diet longer.

To hopefully soften my near-obnoxious delivery of this message, I can use myself as an example:

Historically, I’ve stored more body fat in my lower back and lower abs than other areas.

And while I could easily chalk that up to be just a stubborn area…

The truth is if I wanted to get rid of it, I simply have to diet longer.

It doesn’t matter which core exercises I do.

It doesn’t matter how much cardio I do (to a degree).
