The Holiday Season Is A Mere 90 Days Away… (Try This Fitness Challenge)

It’s hard to believe I’m saying this right now, but Thanksgiving is only a few months away already.
I mean it’s still technically summer, but I guess we all know how fast time can fly by.
And since the holiday season is just 90 days away…
I present to you a 90 day challenge, which will go as follows:
- Eat in a 500 calorie deficit every single day
- Lift weights at least 3 days per week
- Walk at least 5,000 steps
Now I already know several of my readers, customers, and clients are currently doing this as a part of their regular routine.
And if you’re doing this already too, then excellent!
But if you’re not able to check all 3 boxes, then now is a better time to start than ever.
