The Missing Link To Getting In Shape
I’ve talked a lot about how you only need to get good at 2 main things to get in shape:
1. Track calories
2. Resistance training
But if it’s so simple, then why isn’t everyone in great shape?
This is something I wondered in my mid-20s when I lost a bunch of fat, built some muscle, and saw my abs for the first time in only 8 months…
But now that I’m coming up on 34 in a couple weeks, I’m married to my wife Martha, we have a daughter and a daughter on the way, and a whole boatload of responsibilities I didn’t before…
My entire perspective changed.
I’ve learned that once you get busy, it can be harder to fit a good diet and exercise program into your day.
So I had to figure out a way to get consistent results in the most efficient way possible.
I’ve done the whole “train every day” thing in the past.
That simply doesn’t work for most people.
I’ve done the whole “eat clean” and “meal prep” thing in the past.
That can work, but very few people like eating that way.
The missing link?
