The Mistake Holding You Back From Your Goal Body
Prior to learning the fitness methods I’ve used and developed over the years, I was making a big mistake that held me back from looking good and feeling good.
And even if I asked people what I was doing wrong at the time, most people wouldn’t be able to answer because nothing I was doing was out of the ordinary.
Sure, I wasn’t hitting the gym consistently…
But I was eating like everyone else…
So my behaviors didn’t stand out all that much, with the exception of how much I could eat:
“I don’t know where you put it all, Gabe…”
That’s something I heard more often than I’d like, knowing what I know now.
So this mistake?
It’s not having a clue how food worked in the body therefore never really knowing what to eating or how much.
Fortunately, I came across the right information before things got out of hand and was able to whip myself into shape in a relatively short period of time.
I learned how protein works.
I learned how carbs work.
