The One Thing More Important Than Diet Or Training
If you’re working to improve your body, then you already know you have to eat right and exercise.
There’s no question about that…
But there is something more important than diet and training that can dictate whether or not you actually get the results you want or not.
And that is:
In order to become a fit person, you have to become a fit person.
There’s a big difference between following a meal plan and workout program and making it a part of you and who you are.
Turning it from “oh I have to hit another workout and eat another protein rich meal” to making it something you do because it’s just what you do.
How do you do this?
Well, the first part is to simply start.
Take the actions you need to take simply because you know you need to take them to get where you want.
And I talk about this frequently because it’s that important, but you need to remember why you even care about getting in shape in the first place.
This will keep you in the game long enough to build a habit.
Maybe it’ll take you a few months, or maybe it’ll take you a year…
