The Only Thing Holding You Back From Getting Your Goal Body

Admittedly, I spend more time on social media than I probably should and one thing I see way too often is people majoring in the minors.

Here’s what I mean:

It seems like every day there’s a new health food that’s now bad for you all of a sudden, such as:

Spinach? Was good, now bad.
Oatmeal? Was good, now bad.
Fruit in general? Was good, now bad.

Then you have the forever controversial foods like meat, eggs, dairy, and plant-based diets.

And on the training side of things…

Lifting too light is a waste of time.

Lifting too heavy will injure you and your family.

Dumbbells are better than barbells.

Barbells are better than dumbbells.

And so on…

But here’s the thing…

Focusing on the small details might be useful in the long run to improve your results.

But most people get confused and having been in sales to some degree for the last 17 years:

Confused people don’t buy.
