The Shortcut To Success On Your Fitness Journey
If there ever was a cheat code to getting in shape, I’d have to say it was this:
Get the right info and apply it.
This is exactly what I did when I got started with diet and training back in 2012.
I’m not sure if it was luck or divine guidance, but I just happened to find the proven principles of fat loss and exercise on Day 1 of searching for it.
Just 8 short months later, I went from being skinny fat with twig arms to dropping 30 pounds, building muscle, and seeing abs pop for the first time.
And over 10 years later?
They still work exactly as they did in the beginning, and I can adjust them as necessary depending on my goal at the time.
But none of this would be possible if I didn’t learn these 2 things:
- Calorie control
- 2. Progressive overload
If I didn’t come across those two things right away, I’d probably still be stuck in the hamster wheel of YouTube fitness classes, clean eating, meal prep, and the never ending cycle of yo-yo dieting leading to zero results.
And let me be clear, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with fitness classes, clean eating, and meal prep…
