The Smartest Path To A Fit Body In 2024

One of the best things you can do for yourself this year is get in the best shape possible, and today I’m going to share the smartest path to get there.

The interesting part is there’s only a few things you need to do every week to make it happen…

And as long as you’re consistent with putting in enough effort on the right things, there’s no way to fail.

That said, let’s get right into it:

1. Eat The Right Amount Of Food For You

I spend more time than I probably should in the comment sections of YouTube and Instagram fitness, and one thing I commonly see is people asking how much they should eat.

Nothing wrong with wanting to know…

But since the amount of food needed can vary a lot from person to person, there’s no way to give an accurate, general answer.

Instead, you have to factor in things like height, weight, age, gender, activity level, and more that go into calculating a good daily calorie starting point.

Once you have that number, you try it out for a couple weeks focusing meals around protein and calories to see how your body responds and adjust from there until you achieve your desired result.
