These Top 3 Biceps Exercises Might Surprise You
If you want to grow your arms, you know you have to train your biceps and triceps.
But when most people train, they focus on exercises like biceps curls and triceps push downs.
There’s nothing wrong with that, and I highly encourage it.
What’s surprising is this…
2 out of the top 3 biceps builders aren’t even curls.
I’ll explain:
Let’s say you’re able to curl 50lbs dumbbells with perfect form.
Everyone will agree that’s impressive.
But do you want to know how to put a whole lot more tension on the biceps?
Do underhand grip chin ups or pull downs.
Even though it’s primarily a back exercise, it’ll heavily involve the biceps since you’re flexing at the elbow.
Sure, your arms aren’t getting all the work in a chin up, but it’s a good amount and you’re building your back too.
The same thing applies to rows and for the same reason, especially since it’s pretty easy to get strong with any kind of row.
