This Covert Diet Strategy Brings Outstanding Results
When you think about going on a diet, what does that mean to you?
Chicken, rice, broccoli, egg whites, oats, salads, etc?
Cutting out carbs and sugar?
Eating smaller meals and limiting snacks?
This is what most people talk about if dieting ever comes up in conversation, at least in my experience.
But what if I told you there was a way to use a covert dieting strategy that not only doesn’t look like dieting, but it doesn’t really feel like it either compared to what I mentioned above?
Here’s how this works:
Instead of dramatically changing the way you eat, you can just fit your favorite foods into a daily calorie and protein goal.
For example, during my last dieting phase I would have Taco Bell multiple times per week and it made zero impact on my rate of progress.
Well… that might not be entirely true.
The fact that I could include it on my diet likely helped me stick to the plan better because I wasn’t restricting foods I enjoyed.
I only limited how much I could eat.
So sure, I wasn’t able to have 2 quesadillas, a burrito, and 3 tacos and stay on track…
