This Diet Mistake Can Cause Rapid Weight Gain

Last year, I talked with someone who would try all kinds of different diets from the Mediterranean to the anti-inflammatory to even something as wild and crazy as the smoothie diet…

And after years of trying these various diets, they ended up gaining all the weight back and then some once they gave up.

Unfortunately, it’s an all-too-common story.

But fortunately, through years of experience I’ve uncovered both the problem and the solution.

The problem with these diets is this…

Even though there’s nothing particularly wrong with the ideas behind each methodology, smoothie diet notwithstanding, most people run them too aggressively.

And the tricky part is they usually don’t even know it.

For example, let’s say a busy retail worker who lifts weights 3 times per week burns 2,800 calories per day.

But their diet of choice only ends up being 1,800 daily calories…

The truth is, it’ll work.

It’ll work real well…

…until it doesn’t.

Shorting your body 1,000 calories per day is not a long term strategy and causes a whole lotta unnecessary mental strain.
