This Is How Easy It Is To Eat Too Much (And What To Do About It)
Yesterday was an odd day in the food world of Gabe where I ate an extra 700 calories without a struggle whatsoever.
In fact, I was about to eat my nightly yogurt bowl when I loaded up my calorie tracking app and realized how far over I already was.
My goal?
2,500 calories.
Where I was at?
3,300 calories.
This came down to poor planning and eating based on “what I felt like eating” instead of you know… eating what’s good for my body.
Here’s What I Easily Ate…
It all started with breakfast which is usually an afterthought where I just have black coffee instead, but for whatever reason I decided to pick up a breakfast sandwich on the way to work.
Then instead of bringing a meal or two to work like I have been lately, I got one of those new-ish grilled cheese burritos and a bean burrito at Taco Bell for lunch.
I also had an unnecessary amount of Rice Krispies Treats throughout the day.
And when I got home…
I had 2 cheeseburgers I made for dinner with 90/10 beef, cheddar, and Heinz 57 sauce which came out excellent.
