THIS Is More Important Than Calories…

One of my favorite ways to structure a diet is by combining foods together.

You know… meals, right? lol

But the problem is if you combine the wrong foods together, you’ll just pack on the calories and make it much harder to get results.

On the flip side, if you do this right…

It makes sticking to your calorie goal much easier because you’ll ensure you’re getting the right nutrients and you’ll feel more full.

And just so you have a point of reference…

Here’s What Makes Up All Calories:

-Fat (~9 cals per gram)
-Alcohol (~7 cals per gram)
-Carbs (~4 cals per gram)
-Protein (~4 cals per gram)
-Soluble fiber (~2 cals per gram)

To make things more scientifically complicated, the thermal effect of food doesn’t always make these numbers 100% accurate depending on what you’re eating.

But either way, since fitness is about using running averages to your advantage, you can pretty much count on that list.
