THIS Is The Closest Thing I’ve Found To Dieting Without Feeling Like You’re Dieting

Recently got a DM on Instagram talking about how working out was the easy part about fitness, but dieting was a lot harder.

And I agree.

Lifting things up and putting them back down is a whole lot more simple, even though there’s a lot that goes into that, than figuring out how to eat to get in shape.

He then went on to say he wants to be able to enjoy foods he loves, still lose weight, and not feel like he’s dieting.

Sounds like the ideal situation and he’s not the only one.

This is exactly why I put together my diet system the way I did, which I’ll explain in a moment

I don’t want to eat like a rabbit just to get in shape…

I want to eat good food and enjoy life.

And it’s more than possible.

Because that’s exactly what I do every day, as long as I follow a few steps:

  • Figure out how many calories I need to eat per day
  • Track calories and protein in a calorie tracker app
  • Eat foods I like that make me feel good, both physically and mentally
